Camping Trip

Hope you can see the slide show. It's taken me almost all night to figure it out! We had an AWESOME camping trip to celebrate Elleory's 10th Birthday this past weekend. (Friday night and Saturday) The weather was great, and the park was amazing! However, I was too cold to sleep in the tent and slept in the car instead. Elleory and Brian were just fine in the tent and slept on the ground even. (Our air bed blower broke at Lake Powell) The next day we did a fun little hike around the "Grove of the Patriarchs" which is an old growth forest of HUGE (but not as big as the redwoods) Cedars and Douglas firs. Mt. Rainier is covered in glacieral ice and is a volcano, not sure if it is active or not (assuming not). We drove around and visited a few other sights, waterfalls and reflection lakes, before heading home to our boys. Elleory was really pleased with her trip and has plans to go back each year for her birthday.

Big thanks to Sarah for watching out little guys overnight, and taking them to the zoo. They also had fun while we were gone.
